Rates and Payment Information

RATES

$175 per hour/per party 

3 or more Parties

Mediations

$125 per hour/per party

The total fee shall be divided equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Payment is due within 15 days of the conclusion of the mediation.

MINIMUMS & CANCELLATIONS

There is a two (2) hour minimum ($700) for half day mediations and a four (4) hour minimum ($1400) for a full day mediation.

If the mediation is cancelled less than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled conference, a minimum of two (2) hours ($700) will be charged for a half day mediation and a minimum of four ($1400) will be charged for a full day mediation.

TRAVEL & CANCELLATIONS

Mediations may be held at any location agreed upon by all of the parties. If the parties cannot agree, then the mediation will be held at a court reporter's office selected by Dr Steven Arkin, in the county where the matter is pending. No fee will be charged for travel to Hillsborough, Pinellas or Pasco counties. Travel outside of these counties will be billed at the rate of $120 per hour.
